Engagement Models
We have a wide range of business objective engagement opportunities to meet your specific business needs, allowing you to benefit from external experience, cost control, and risk reduction.
We are entirely capable of providing your expectations for additional versatility by customizing each relationship model:
ENGAGEMENT BASED ON A PROJECT
For those who have a one-off/pilot project with well-defined criteria and deliverables , we suggest a project-based interaction model. Using this Customer engagement model, you'll have a full-fledged team at Supreme Technologies to complete your project.
OUR DEDICATED DEVELOPMENT TEAM
We have a dedicated team to complement your in-house production tools. Depending on your needs, we assemble dedicated teams with the requisite number of team members, project managers, equipment, and facilities.
SLA-BASED APPROACH
The SLA-driven paradigm is recommended for long-term projects with clearly specified restrictions and specifications. We take complete responsibility for the entire service administration as well as the agreed-upon SLAs, as per the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and Supreme Technologies.
Supreme Technologies provides non-linear and agile pricing models as an inescapable evolution to create more profitable relationships and progress to the next stage of a mutually beneficial partnership:
PRICES ARE INSTANTLY SET IN STONE
Supreme Technologies offers consumers a fixed price/fixed scope model if their project is fairly straightforward in scope and requirements. Using this reduce-risk model, we define agreed-upon deliverables and timelines to settle a fixed price. This model is also applicable to Agile projects. To break down a project's scope, short user stories are created. Although the size of the story doesn't matter, we are charged according to the size of the story decided during the planning session.
TIME AS WELL AS MATERIAL
We chose the Time & Material Model because it gives you more flexibility and allows you to change project specifications on the fly to reflect changing market conditions. This model is ideal for large projects with a lot of specification and design changes. This model calls for hourly payments, which are agreed upon when the contract is signed. The team size can be adjusted at any time, allowing the project's cost and timeframe to be optimized.
MILESTONE BILLING
We suggest this choice for complex, long-term projects with clearly specified phases on cost control and payment schedules based on either time or milestones. As each milestone is achieved, the client is reimbursed either a portion of the total project cost or a predetermined amount agreed upon before the start of the project. This technique improves progress tracking and eliminates the uncertainty associated with large-scale software projects.
